Apple Pay: Quick, contactless payments using iPhone or Apple Watch.
Cash App: Mobile payments sent directly to the provider’s Cash App account.
Brightwheel: Online platform for secure payments via bank transfer or card, with features like auto-pay and digital receipts.

These flexible options make it easy for parents to choose the method that works best for them.

At Icebreakers Christian Academy, we use Brightwheel to keep parents up to date with how their child is doing throughout the day (daily report), as well as our online payment processor.

Brightwheel is a convenient app that allows parents to pay their daycare bill online. Other benefits include:
