At Icebreakers Christian Academy, we provide a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, grow, and feel at home.

Our daily rate includes childcare, meals, snacks, diapers, wipes, and hands-on learning experiences.

Parents don't have to pack a daycare bag full of supplies. We provide the essentials your child needs throughout the day.

Attendance Based

Icebreakers Christian Academy uses an attendance-based daily rate. Families are charged for the days their child attends care.

Absences

Families are not charged for days their child does not attend, provided the child is absent from the program and/or a 24-hour notice is given.

Parents are encouraged to notify the program through Brightwheel as soon as possible when their child will be absent on their scheduled day.

Important:

Because Icebreakers Christian Academy has limited enrollment capacity, an extended or repeated absence does not automatically guarantee that the child's space will remain available. Enrollment spaces are limited and may be offered to another family when a space is no longer being actively used.

All scheduled care must be paid in advance.

Families should submit payment according to their child's scheduled attendance.

Advance payment does not replace the family's responsibility to communicate attendance changes.

The program reserves the right to discontinue care or release a space when payment requirements are not being followed.

Let's Get Enrolled

Schedule a Tour - Call 850-597-9063 to schedule a tour, and pay $25 refundable fee. This fee is for serious applicants and will be applied towards the enrollment fee.
Submit an Application - If we’re a good fit, submit your enrollment application. Once your application is accepted, a deposit will secure your child’s placement. The deposit will consist of the $100 enrollment fee (non-refundable) and the first week of tuition (based on your child(ren) age group). The enrollment fee and deposit is for each child.

Start Date
We’ll schedule your child's first day on a Friday to help your child settle in smoothly. Please notify us in advance if you need a different start date, to see if we can accommodate you.
